• insert your personal datas and a credit card details (secure server)
• click on SUBMIT

A copy of your booking request will be sent to you by e-mail automatically. As your tour is booked the original voucher will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you wrote on the booking form, so be sure you insert your E-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only recognized document at the museum entry.

As soon as we receive your booking request, your tour will be booked. The procedure may take some hours. In case the order is submitted on saturday, after 12,00 pm or on sunday, vouchers will be sent on monday morning. In case the order is submitted after 6.00 pm (Italy time), the voucher will be sent the morning after, except for saturday afternoon. In this last case the voucher will be sent on monday morning anyway.

CANCELLATION POLICY - GROUP GUIDED TOURS

If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll at least 9 days prior to the date of the tour, penalty charge will equal 10% of the gross total.
If the cancellation is made from 8 to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge will equal 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made less than 3 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge is 100% of the price paid.
