- Siena Classic Tour

Ideal for newcomers to Siena, this tour touches all of the historical and cultural landmarks of the town.

This tour includes the worldwide famous Piazza del Campo where the Palio horse race takes place, the historical building of the Monte dei Paschi bank, the Tolomei palace and the Chigi Saracini Music Academy.

Also included is the church of San Domenico and the Cathedral where Michelangelo, Bernini, Donatello and Giovanni Pisano left behind their glorious masterpieces.

- Duccio and Siena's master painters

An intimate approach to the most precious  Sienese works of art, beginning with the fabulous paintings in the Crypt of the Duomo.  We’ll discover the works of Duccio and his Master, we’ll admire the masterpieces kept in the Duomo Museum, the “Maestà” and the great Window.

- San Gimignano walking tour

San Gimignano is famous worldwide for its urban architecture dating from the XIII-XIV th centuries.  We’ll make our way through its tiny, unique streets where Medieval towers and Romanesque churches seem to emerge out of nowhere. The views and the artworks are a must as they testify to the unique character of this city which is both Sienese and Florentine.
Founded at the junction between Via Francigena and ancient commercial routes, San Gimignano held a florid trade of saffron and wine with Italian and European markets. A wine tasting of its celebrated Vernaccia is not to be missed.
Tasting of typical products: Tuscan salame or Finocchiona,Tuscan ham, Pienza Percorino cheese and bruschetta with extra-virgin olive oil. This tasting is absolutely delicious.

- The Chianti region and its cellars

We’ll go for a beautiful walk in the Chianti area and discover one of the most unique landscapes in the world. Country roads running across vineyards, ancient stone farm- houses, Medieval villages, scattered houses, castles and parish churches. You will get to know our wines through a wonderful gastronomic itinerary that, at the same time, is cultural and historical. We will visit Radda and the fortified village of Volpaia. Then, we will reach the Castle of Albola, where we will stop for lunch and a wine and olive oil tasting. After lunch, we will continue our Chianti trip and visit the Castle of Meleto to taste the Chianti Classico wines of its cellar with some snacks (Tuscan salame, pecorino cheese, ham, home-made bread, olive oil and bruschetta). Our last stop will be the ancient Romanesque church of Spaltenna, which is located near the village of Gaiole in Chianti.

- Montalcino and Brunello tasting

Once an important Sienese stronghold, Montalcino is now rich in historical monuments and Medieval art work. We’ll make our way through the tiny streets of the city, admiring many important sights along the way.

We couldn’t possibly leave Montalcino without tasting some of the world-famous Brunello wine accompanied with pecorino cheese, Tuscan salame, ham and bruschetta.

We'll continue on to the Abbey of Sant’Antimo, an important example of Romanesque architecture in Tuscany.

Our tours are led by professional guides who are licenced by the city of Siena.  They are either native
speakers or speak the requested language very well.

CANCELLATION POLICY - PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS
In case of cancellation, please contact us.


If a cancellation communication is made from 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penelty charge will be equal to 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour,the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).
