Booking tours with Tuscany All is very simple. Just few steps:
- Fill in the form specifying the tour, the date, and the number of partecipants.
- Click on CONFIRM
- Carefully read the summary and check if the information is correct; Click on CONFIRM
- Insert your personal information and credit card details (secure server)
- Click on SUBMIT
A copy of your booking request will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided. As soon as the tickets are booked and the payment is confirmed, the original voucher will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the booking form, so be sure that you have inserted your e-mail address correctly. N.B. The original voucher is the only recognized document at the museum entrance.

As soon as we receive your booking request, your tour will be booked. If availability is confirmed, the original voucher will be sent to the e-mail address you provided, so be sure you insert your e-mail address correctly. The procedure may take some hours. In case the order is submitted on a saturday after 12,00 pm or on a sunday, vouchers will be sent on monday morning. In case the order is submitted after 6.00 pm (Italy time), the voucher will be sent the morning after, except for saturday afternoons. In this last case the voucher will be sent on monday morning.

CANCELLATION POLICY - GROUP GUIDED TOURS

If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll at least 9 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 10% of the gross total.
If the cancellation is made from 8 to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour,the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

If a cancellation communication is made from 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penelty charge will be equal to 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour,the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).
